If you book an appointment through Fresha or contact Sigma Barbers by email, phone, Instagram, or another linked service, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, booking details, and message contents.
If an authorised staff member connects a Google account for Google Drive media sync, Sigma Barbers may store connection and media-management data such as the connected Google account email address, display name, refresh token, connection timestamp, selected Drive folder details, selected file identifiers and metadata, and Drive-backed media references used to display previews or public gallery items on the website.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the website, remember language preferences, understand aggregate traffic patterns, respond to messages, manage appointments, and keep protected areas secure.
For the internal studio dashboard, we use connected Google Drive data only to authenticate the Drive connection, list the chosen folder contents, fetch thumbnails or media needed for preview and gallery sync, and let staff manage which Drive items appear on the website.
We do not use the public website to create customer accounts or provide a public dashboard for visitors.
Third-Party Services
The website links to or integrates third-party services for specific tasks. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
- Fresha for appointment booking and related booking communications.
- Google Maps for location and route links.
- Google OAuth and the Google Drive API for authorised staff account connection, folder access, and media sync.
- Instagram for public social media access.
- Vercel Analytics for website traffic measurement in aggregate form.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The public website uses a locale cookie to remember language selection. Restricted preview or staff areas may use authentication or access cookies only when those areas are visited.

Google Drive connection data and related synced media records are kept only while Sigma Barbers uses that connection for the studio media workflow, until the connection is replaced, revoked, or removed from the dashboard, or until related records are otherwise deleted as part of normal operations.
Your Choices
If you want to ask about personal information connected to this website or request correction or deletion of direct communications held by Sigma Barbers, contact the studio by email.
Authorised staff can disconnect the saved Google Drive connection from the studio dashboard. Disconnecting removes the saved Drive connection from the app and removes Drive-linked synced media records stored for the website.
Booking information submitted through Fresha or activity on other external platforms may also need to be managed directly with those providers under their own policies.
